Step 1: Navigate to the “Reports” section on the dashboard.

After your campaign has been sent, go to the “Reports” section on the dashboard, on the first dropdown list, “Analyze” option to view SMS/WhatsApp Count Statistics For Different Channels ie plain/scheduled, etc.

Step 2: View all messages sent

In the second dropdown option, “All Messages“, click to view messages; delivered, en route, expired, undelivered, rejected, accepted, skipped, failed. Moreso, you get an option to delete a particular message and query to view to see messages sent at a particular time or all messages.

Step 3: View Campaigns 

In the third dropdown option, “Campaigns“, click to view a list of your campaigns and be able to manage them at a glance;
A) Resend
B) Overview
C) Delete

Click overview option

Upon clicking a specific campaign, you will have an overview and SMS/WhatsApp campaign history.

Look at the key performance indicators such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate (if applicable), and conversion rate. These metrics help you understand how well your campaign performed.

Analyze engagement metrics.

Dive deeper into engagement metrics to see how recipients interacted with your message. This includes tracking which links were clicked and how many recipients took the desired action.

Use insights to improve future campaigns.

Based on the performance data, identify areas for improvement. Use these insights to refine your messaging, targeting, and scheduling strategies for future SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
